At Al Rahma Sunday School, we believe that educators play a crucial role in nurturing confident, knowledgeable, and character-driven young Muslims. Our team includes qualified teachers, teaching assistants, and administrative staff who are committed to Islamic tarbiyah.
Our Sunday program operates from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with classes in Qur'an, Islamic Studies, and Arabic. Each class is supported by a lead teacher and teaching assistants to ensure personalized attention and effective learning.
Religious & Educational Leadership
Provides religious guidance, oversees curriculum, and leads the vision for Islamic education at Al Rahma Sunday School.
Administration
Manages daily operations, parent communication, enrollment, scheduling, and coordinates with teachers and teaching assistants.
Our teachers are qualified in Islamic Studies, Qur'an, and Arabic. Each class has a lead teacher supported by teaching assistants to ensure personalized attention and effective learning.
Qur'an & Tajweed
Qualified teachers with expertise in tajwīd and hifz, helping students read, memorize, and recite the Qur'an with proper pronunciation and understanding.
Seerah, Akhlāq, Fiqh
Experienced educators teaching Islamic Studies including seerah, aqeedah, fiqh basics, and Islamic manners, helping students apply Islamic principles in daily life.
Arabic Language
Native and fluent Arabic speakers teaching reading, writing, vocabulary, and grammar to help students understand the language of the Qur'an.
Our teaching assistants (TAs) are volunteers, often parents or older students, who support lead teachers in the classroom. TAs help with small group instruction, individual attention, and classroom management, ensuring each student receives the support they need to succeed. Families who volunteer as TAs may be eligible for tuition discounts.
